Are you a recent graduate with a passion for Corporate Finance and eager to start your career in a dynamic and international environment? Within our International Banks Division, specifically in the Structured Loans desk, we are looking for young talents with a strong aptitude for financial analysis, ready to take their first steps into debt structuring. If you are motivated by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity for you. What you'll be doing

During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

- Support the planning, business development and structuring of financing solutions for medium-sized and large corporate clients located across Central and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.
- Support market intelligence gathering and industry research
- Assist in financial statement analysis and the preparation of multi-year business plans
- Contribute to development of marketing presentations and management materials
- Prepare quantitative analyses and technical documentation to support the structuring of the deals and the Bank's credit approval and decision-making processes

Who we are looking for

Degree in Economics,



Finance or related fields

- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to work autonomously and proactively
- Familiarity with Corporate Finance concepts and financial markets
