A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. /p h3What you will do /h3 pThe Supplier Risk Management Engineer will lead the worldwide supplier risk management and integrate risk management into the management processes of the organization and ensure uniform and smooth processes. SRME will analyze, evaluate and monitor the supplier’s portfolio in an international context to proactively minimize and making sure our risk exposure remains minimal. /p h3ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY /h3 ul liCheck the supplier’s Financial, Economic, Quality and logistic Risks. /li liReported supplier risk and feedback on reporting strategy /li liSupport in defining the mitigation action together with shareholders. /li liCheck the supplier’s performance indicators, to facilitate and ensure the supply base’s ability to consistently meet or exceed defined target. /li liTo prepare and improve regulations and procedures in order to ensure that risk analysis and evaluation are carried out within the corporate strategy and policies and to prepare and implement mitigation plan. /li liPerform regular follow-up on mitigation topics related to risks. /li liDevelop and maintain strong and positive relationships with Suppliers and work closely with Procurement to manage, implement improvements,



capacity studies and future bottlenecks. /li liAssist with (new/current) product launches by working with (current/new) suppliers to ensure that key milestones are in risk or not. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES /h3 ul liBachelor’s, master’s degree business, engineering, finance, or a comparable field. /li liExperience in supplier management and/or supplier development and have already gained management experience in a global role. /li liCommon MS Office applications knowledge /li liISO certification, IATF 16949 preferred /li liExperience with supplier evaluations and auditing, /li liProficiency in data analysis, presentation, and database tools, /li liAbility to compile data and analyzes data results-based performance KPI’s, /li liGood communication skills and ability to work in a multi-discipline and international environment. /li liNegotiation Skills/tactful approach /li liFluent business English /li /ul pbEmployment Type: /b Fixed - term Contract; Full-Timebr/bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): /b Metalmeccanici Privatibr/bMinimum Gross Annual Salary: /b € 30.000 /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liFree Canteen /li liSmart Working /li /ul pThe Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
