Functieomschrijving

Mission

- He / She is responsible to identify and to steer actions to improve manufacturing activities methods in order to reduce product quality defects.
- He / She is responsible to participate to Quality circles /meetings to integrate all production actions /activities /analysis and solutions in the overall actions to improve product quality.

Responsabilità

Assigned Activities

He/She is responsible for the following activities:

Assembly processes improvement

- Ensuring daily analysis of problems emerged in the assembly lines having impact on product quality;

- Ensuring people coordination and steering, within production areas, in order to solve product quality issues linked to assembly procedures/tasks/methods by involving other Departments where necessary;

- Gathering of information about product defects / analysis coming from Quality or other Departments during Q circles /Q cross functional meetings aiming at reducing product defects;

- Ensuring production/assembly process continuous improvement and corrective actions implementation;

- Ensuring production/assembly corrective actions tracking and monitoring;

- Monitoring of specific KPI (Quality Index), defined by Quality dept. & Production dept. (ZP7 & QRK),



to control product quality aspects and results of specific production actions to improve it; Monitoring of specific KPI regarding safety relevant & functional defects tracked by the dynamic check list activities certified by Production.

- Evaluation of optimization impacts in term of transformation costs and timing reduction.

Coordination of Quality circles activities into the assembly lines & ZP7 line

- Referent for the production assembly lines into Schandetisch meetings:

- Aesthetical, Functional

- After sales

Participation to the Top Q for reporting activities.

Functie-eisen

Education:

- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial)

Languages:

- English Fluent
