ppWithin the Core IT System Unit of Generali Asset Management , the Platform Development IT team is in charge of providing business analysis, solution design and application management services to all AWM Companies and Group entities using SimCorp Dimension (as portfolio management system), and other Pre and Post Trade Platforms granting the development and maintenance of these systems in a consistent way across all stakeholders. /p pThis role is pivotal in defining, designing, and coordinating Front-to-Back change initiatives, primarily (but not exclusively) on SimCorp Dimension, ensuring alignment with business needs, organizational standards, and strategic objectives. The role combines solution design, business analysis, and project coordination responsibilities, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of changes from requirements gathering and solution definition through implementation, testing, and production rollout. /p pYou will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that support portfolio management, pre- and post-trade workflows, and middle-to-back-office operations. /p pYou will be involved in the following activities: /p ul liChange Initiatives Coordination Delivery: Coordinate and drive Front-to-Back change initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors. Plan, monitor, and coordinate project activities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful implementation /li liSolution Design Architecture: Define and document technical designs for Front-to-Back solutions, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms, with a strong focus on SimCorp Dimension and related transactional ecosystems. /li liBusiness Analysis: Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for new features and workflows. /li liConfiguration Implementation:



Configure and implement new functionalities within SimCorp Dimension and other operational platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. /li liDocumentation Guidelines: Draft comprehensive functional documentation and guidelines for internal teams and external stakeholders. /li liInnovation Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of IT platforms by introducing cutting‑edge technologies and innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in either Finance or Computer Science (and equivalent) /li liAt least 5 years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst or IT Solution Architect, ideally within financial services or asset management. /li liProven experience in coordinating and delivering IT projects in complex organizational and technical environments, including business requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical solution design and implementation oversight. /li liKnowledge of SQL is considered a plus. Knowledge of Investment, asset wealth management industry and financial services. /li liKnowledge of Project Management methodologies and software development lifecycle. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li liAbility to work with different stakeholders. /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p pThe role is offered within the 3^Area Qualificato category, under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking Sector (CCNL Credito) and the applicable Company Collective Agreement (Contratto Integrativo Aziendale).



/p pThe starting gross annual salary is €37.000.
