For Bucci Industries USA Inc. we are currently looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Charlotte.
The Accounting Specialist will support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the U.S. organization, working closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.
- Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors,
and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
- Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
- Good Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory.
- Italian is a plus.
