ppFor a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. /ppThe resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer. /ppWe offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January 2027. /ph3The post holder will: /h3ullibe accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution; /liliManage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures /liliTrack and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates,



application of products, and pricing.
