Openjobmetis S.p.a. is looking for a sales assistant for a prestigious and multi-award-winning wine company specializing in the production of excellent wines, to join the commercial team for the development and management of the assigned territory.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will report to the commercial management and will be responsible for business development in the area of competence, promoting the range of company wines through a selected distribution network (Wine Shops, Restaurants, Ho. Re. Ca sector, and food/beverage administration). Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Development: identify and acquire new customers, increasing the brand's presence in the territory.
- Relationship Management: maintain and build loyalty with the existing customer portfolio, providing technical and commercial advice on products.
- Brand Promotion: promote the values and philosophy of the company, participating in promotional activities and industry events.
- Monitoring and Reporting: plan sales activities, monitor territory results, analyze market trends,
and prepare periodic reports on sales and customer status.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience: Previous sales experience in the wine, food and wine, or Ho. Re. Ca channel.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the oenological sector and the characteristics of wines.
- Commercial Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation management.
- IT & Tools: Use of CRM systems and Office package.
- Soft Skills: strong customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented attitude, autonomy, and organizational skills.
OTHER INFORMATION
An initial temporary contract of 4 months is offered, aimed at direct employment with the company. AGRICULTURAL CCNL (SARDINIA EMPLOYEES) - CONFAGRICOLTURA Employee 4th level. Gross Annual Salary €25,000 and fuel reimbursement. Possibility of accommodation for the first months of the contract. Area of competence: Porto Rotondo, Arzachena (municipality and Costa Smeralda seaside) La Maddalena.
