It is also active in lifestyle collaborations, home furnishings, and exclusive Haute Couture creations. /ppbr / /ppstrongRole Description: /strong /ppstrongDG Beauty /strong is looking for a strongGlobal Business Control Manager /strong to lead business performance management and drive the evolution of analytics, KPI frameworks and decision support across the organization. /ppThis is a highly visible role with end-to-end responsibility across strongPL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow /strong, providing a 360° view of performance across regions, channels, brands and product categories. /ppThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming business analytics and reporting capabilities, helping the organization move from reporting results to proactively steering performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and business reviews. /liliOwn and evolve business analytics, performance management and KPI frameworks. /liliBuild best-in-class reporting across regions, channels, brands and categories. /liliMonitor profitability, gross margin, working capital, inventory, capex and cash generation.
