pstrongProduction Manager /strong /ppThe Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimising manufacturing operations within the assigned production plant, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and continuous improvement targets are achieved. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliPlan and supervise daily production activities in line with production schedules. /liliManage and optimise production resources, including people, equipment and materials. /liliMonitor key production KPIs such as output, efficiency, scrap, downtime and yield. /liliLead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs. /liliPromote Lean Manufacturing principles across production activities. /liliSupport capacity improvements through optimisation of equipment, processes and workflows. /liliEnsure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing standards. /liliManage and develop the production team,
including approximately 60 employees across three shifts. /liliMaintain accurate production data and reporting. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field. /liliPrevious experience managing production within a structured manufacturing environment. /liliStrong knowledge of industrial KPIs, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. /liliProven people leadership and organisational skills. /liliAbility to work cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain. /liliGood communication and problem-solving skills. /liliGood knowledge of English. /li /ulpbr / /ppThe role has direct responsibility for the operational performance of the assigned manufacturing plant. /p
