Manager / Team Leader

In this role you lead the development, implementation, and management of external service providers within a country to ensure service quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will act as the primary liaison between UPS and vendors, guiding procurement, contract administration, and future business opportunities. You’ll supervise the OSPSG team, optimize costs, and ensure compliance across agreements and invoices. The position offers impact through shaping outsourced operations and driving cost-saving initiatives at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

- Manage OSP negotiations to secure favorable terms and performance
- Oversee compensation model design, approvals, and implementation
- Control OSP costs via forecasts, reporting, deviation analysis,



and accrual oversight
- Ensure legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing, and internal audits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical and financial capabilities
- Proactive, dynamic, vendor-strategy oriented approach
- Experience managing complex operations and outsourced providers
- Ability to innovate and adapt to market changes
- Good understanding of freight operations and transport regulations
- Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional activities
