This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact within a global leader in sustainable design and engineering. /ppbr / /ppstrongRole accountabilities: /strong /pulliAttend weekly change triage meetings to provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders. /liliPrepare change order contract documents in line with the supplier’s master agreement / PSR and submit to business administration team for processing. /liliTrack execution of change orders to ensure timely execution and inform project team once complete. /liliTrack and manage the close out of provisional change orders with the project team. /liliManage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. /liliAdvise and draft formal notices with input from the project team. /liliTrack contractual milestones and collaborate with the project team to ensure contracts are being update in alignment with the project schedule. /liliInform project team of executed contracts and notify them on any specifics they should be aware of such as; br / potential gaps, OFCI vsCFCI, etc. /liliEnsure correct use of the Contract Management tools and forms.



/liliProvide support on the handover project and execution of the Taking Over Certificate (TOC) /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Experience: /strong /pulliAround 3-8 years’ experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience in the construction industry. /liliMSc Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or strong engineering background is required /liliKnwoledge of ARIBA SAP, COUPA /liliFluent English and Italian (B2/C1), both spoken and written. /liliDirect experience in Data Center construction is a strong plus. /liliKnowledge of international construction industry standards and practices. /liliPrevious experience of providing sourcing, procurement and contracts management support to large scale construction programs and projects. /liliPrevious experience in General Contractor company is a plus. /liliPrevious experience of supporting Global Clients on International projects is a plus. /liliStrong oral and written communication skills. /liliSelf-motivated, team-oriented and flexible individual must possess the initiative and ability to take on new projects and other challenges regularly. /liliAbility to maintain productivity when required during remote-work/work from home scenarios. /li /ulpbr / /ppThe annual salary range for this position is €41.600 - €62.400 /pp50% presence on site/Client office is required. /ppbr / /ppLocation – Milano /ppbr / /ppCandidates of both sexes, After reading the obligatory information regarding privacy on the site are requested to send your CV in Word format, under reference (Ref. ), to as well as his or her consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
