/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /pulliSource and screen carve-out and divestiture opportunities across Europe /liliBuild and stress-test financial models and valuations, including working capital, cash conversion and stand-alone cost structures /liliSupport financial, commercial, operational and separation due diligence, including detailed financial analysis and reclassification /liliPrepare investment analyses and Investment Committee materials /liliSupport execution from sourcing to signing,



including carve-out perimeter, TSAs, transaction documents, and Day-1 readiness /liliRun sector research and maintain our proprietary deal pipeline and CRM /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we are looking for /strong /pulliA Master's degree in progress or recently completed in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Engineering or a related quantitative field, with strong academic results /liliPrevious internship experience in Investment Banking, MA, Private Equity, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Audit or Management Consulting, ideally involving financial analysis or valuation /liliStrong understanding of accounting, valuation and MA fundamentals /liliFluent Italian, English and a third language and international academic or professional experience /liliAvailability to work full-time and on-site in Verona for six months /liliA genuine interest in building a long-term career with Newport Co /liliExposure to industrial businesses, carve-outs or turnaround situations, and effective use of AI tools are advantages.
