pOur customer, a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation, is currently looking for a: /ppbr / /ppstrongPLM SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - CONSUMER GOODS /strong /ppbr / /ppWho, reporting to the Group IT Consumer Platform Leader, will lead company’s IT stream in a multi-year, company-wide PLM Digital transformation program, launched as part of the Operational Excellence strategy, with the purpose of modernizing end-to-end PLM processes and tools /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities: /strong /pulliManage the IT Stream of the PLM program, coordinating multiple project streams and ensuring successful execution across all phases to meet timelines, budgets, and adoption of key capabilities /liliDrive change management, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignments for smooth transition fueling consumer product innovation /liliDevelop and cascade project plans, define activities and responsibilities /liliMonitor progress, assess feasibility, recommend corrective actions for risks, delays and budgets overconsumptions /liliFacilitate technical change management for handover and smooth transition to RUN team /liliCollaborate with procurement during the System integration selection process /liliMaintain communication with teams, partners, C-level stakeholder on status and decisions /liliPlan and consolidate monthly cost,
performance and KPI reports for budget visibility /liliManage risks: identify, mitigate, escalate /liliCollaborate with System Integrators IT Center od Excellence, RD, Marketing, Packaging, Production forIT-business alignment /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor#39;s degree in Management Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field /liliAt least 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational food and consumer companies, managing complex digital transformation programs and at least 15 years of overall IT seniority /liliProven program management with strong Agile expertise /liliDeep knowledge of leading PLM platforms and SAP ERP integration /liliUnderstanding of RD, PLM orchestration, marketing briefing, packaging processes /liliExperience in supplier selection, contracts, vendor management /liliStrong risk management and mitigation strategy skills /liliChange management and transformational leadership capabilities /liliExcellent communication for cross-functional/C-level interactions /liliAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments /liliPMP certification (plus) /liliSkills in working under pressure and handling crises /liliFluency in Italian and English /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongLocation: /strongSouth Piedmont (hybrid work) /ppstrongAnnual salary range: /strongEUR 140.000 - 180.000 /p
