Working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment, this role will collaborate closely with local leadership and the US-based HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and initiatives while contributing to the continuous development of the HR function. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat you will do: /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage HR administration activities in collaboration with payroll providers and labor consultants, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. /liliProvide day-to-day support to employees on HR operational and administrative matters, acting as a reliable point of contact. /liliMaintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and preparing regular reports, metrics, and analytics. /liliCoordinate occupational health surveillance and mandatory health safety training in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 working closely with department managers, the Health Safety Officer (RSPP), and occupational health professionals. /liliPartner with the US-based HR team on global HR processes, initiatives, and projects. /liliSupport the implementation and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other digital HR tools. /liliContribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. /liliAssist in performance management, employee development, learning, and training initiatives.
/liliSupport employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWho we are looking for: /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist positions or similar HR roles within structured organizations or labor consultancy firms. /liliKnowledge of HR administration and Italian labor regulations. /liliGood proficiency in English. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and confidence in working with HR data and reporting. /liliFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Zucchetti. /liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information and HR processes. /liliFlexible and proactive approach to change, process improvement, and problem-solving. /liliResilience and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. /liliHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity when handling employee and company information. /li /ulpbr / /ppSalary range: € 35.000 - € 40.000 gross annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout Our Group /strong /ppbr / /ppKause Group Italia srl is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
