Deal is a world leader in the field of specialised equipment for bridge and viaduct construction and all associated engineering services. Deal equipment has been used in the construction of over 5.9 million sqm of decks all over the world with Deal’s parent company executing directly roughly 2.5 million sqm of these. Deal provides services that range from conceptual and detailed design of pre-fabrication and erection systems, to the design and supply of specialised equipment such as launching trusses, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, casting machines as well as other custom lifting, moving and casting devices.

About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join DEAL’s QHSE team. The role is responsible for coordinating Quality Control activities across projects and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality inspections, testing and controls for products, equipment, components and project activities;
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, standards and contractual requirements ;
- Coordinate inspections with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and third parties ;
- Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and quality dossiers;
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives ;
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance;
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System ;
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/certification audits;
- Monitor Quality KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards for Management;
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Quality Management , preferably in an industrial, engineering, construction or project environment;
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems ;
- Experience with audits, quality documentation and non-conformity management;
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications;
- Good knowledge of English ;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Foxit Adobe (nice to have);
- Technical education or qualification;
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Accuracy, proactivity and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Working conditions
Office-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations.
Terms and conditions
Permanent job.
Annual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO.
Lavoro da remoto 1 day per week.
