ppExperis is looking for a IT Service Desk strengthen the international team dedicated to projects ofenergy efficency.
/p h3How your contribution will make a difference: /h3 pAs our Analyst, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly for colleagues across the globe by ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
You'll collaborate with Global Service Desk and other IT capabilities work with modern ITSM tools and take responsibility for first-line support processes that strengthen our overall service quality.
/p h3You will be responsible for the following activities: /h3 pProvide first-line technical support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely handling of IT incidents and service requests.
/p pUse the ServiceNow ITSM platform to manage tickets, document resolutions, and contribute to process improvements.
/p pTroubleshoot issues across software, hardware, and network services to restore functionality for end-users.
/p pEscalate unresolved or complex cases to higher-level teams while keeping users informed.
/p pCreate and update knowledge base articles to improve consistency and speed of future support.
/p h3Characteristics of the person we are looking for: /h3 pHands-on experience in a service desk or technical support environment with the ability to resolve common IT issues.
/p pPractical understanding of the ITIL framework and standard support processes.




/p pConfidence in working with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
/p pStrong communication skills in both English and Slovak, enabling clear support in remote interactions.
