Retail Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
- Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning

- Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
