ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for a bQuality Control Coordinator /b to join DEAL’s QHSE team. The role is responsible for coordinating Quality Control activities across projects and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the bISO 9001 Quality Management System /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate quality inspections, testing and controls for products, equipment, components and project activities; /liliEnsure compliance with btechnical specifications, drawings, standards and contractual requirements /b; /liliCoordinate inspections with bsuppliers, subcontractors, clients and third parties /b; /liliReview and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and quality dossiers; /liliManage bnon-conformities, corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives /b; /liliMonitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance; /liliMaintain and improve the bISO 9001 Quality Management System /b; /liliPlan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/certification audits; /liliMonitor bQuality KPIs /b and prepare reports and dashboards for Management; /liliPromote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience in bQuality Control,
Quality Assurance or Quality Management /b, preferably in an industrial, engineering, construction or project environment; /liliGood knowledge of bISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems /b; /liliExperience with audits, quality documentation and non-conformity management; /liliAbility to understand technical drawings and specifications; /liliGood knowledge of bEnglish /b; /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, Foxit Adobe (nice to have); /liliTechnical education or qualification; /liliStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; /liliAccuracy, proactivity and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. /li /ulh3Working conditions /h3pOffice-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations. /ph3Terms and conditions /h3pPermanent job. /ppAnnual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO. /ppSmart Working 1 day per week. /ppThis position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, nationality, or background, in full alignment with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
