We're exploring a shift from C++ to Rust to improve developer experience and make our core logic more resilient, and we're moving toward a more cloud‐agnostic setup built on Kubernetes.We provide a MacBook Pro (M5 Pro) as company laptop.What we're looking for7+ years of experienceExtensive experience in software architecture and senior engineering rolesExperience in shipping products in a start‐up environment, enabling rapid iteration while maintaining a reliable and secure platformStrong judgement in balancing trade‐offs between scalability, maintainability, and speedProven ability to improve and optimise technical workflows and team practicesFamiliarity with cloud‐native architectures and infrastructure‐as‐codeExperience working closely with product and business teams in a B2B contextExcellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharingProficiency in English, with fluency in both spoken and written communication being an absolute mustExperience in on‐premise or hybrid deployments of services and their orchestration with KubernetesWhat you'll work onContributing to long‐term initiatives such as,
