Aviapartner isseeking motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations -to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.

Part of the activities carried out by theSupervisor on Duty - Area Operations -are:
- Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.

- Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department;
- It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues;
- Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance withsafetyrequirements;
-Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sickleaves, vacations requests, etc.

Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes;

Knowledge and use of IT support;

High school diploma/degree;

Driving licence (B) and car owner.
