Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.brYou support our team asbrstrongJunior Process Engineerbr/strongstrongResponsibilitiesbr/strongulliManages, directly or as part of a team, specific engineering projects and technical activities at the plant of allocation.
This includes support for New Product Development (NPD) implementation, VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) initiatives, cost-saving projects,
and other activities aimed at improving manufacturing processes.
/liliPlan and execute continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing technologies and processes at the plant, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company strategy.
/liliImplement new technologies in line with FHCS sourcing/production strategies.
/liliOwn new equipment development at the site, from supplier scouting through to release to production.
/liliManage the digitalization of production processes, including digitalized production management systems.
/liliMonitor energy and electricity consumption, as well as machine data monitoring.
/liliAct as the interface between operators/maintenance staff and external technicians on machine-related matters, including coordination with external technicians for machine programming.
/liliSupport the introduction of new production lines, including process evaluation.
/liliContribute to flawless and efficient collaboration between Production, Manufacturing RD, and other relevant functions on all engineering-related matters.br/li /ulstrongQualificationsbr/strongulliBachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in Engineering; a background in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering is highly appreciated.
/lili0–3 years of experience in engineering projects and technical activities.
/liliFluent in Italian, with a good command of English.
/liliBasic experience in Project Management.
