Villa Fiorita is a convenient starting point for visiting the Veneto region, situated 12 km from Treviso and just 3 km from the Meolo-Roncade highway exit, providing easy access to Venice and nearby shopping destinations.Role DescriptionThe Head Waiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Monastier di Treviso. This role oversees the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent guest service and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include coordinating the waitstaff team, managing table assignments and reservations, and supervising food and beverage service to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. The Head Waiter will collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow, handle guest inquiries or concerns,



and support training and guidance of junior staff. The role also involves monitoring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations, assisting with special events, and contributing to continuous improvement of the guest experience.QualificationsStrong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.Experience with food & beverage operations, including food service coordination.Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with the team.Basic understanding of cooking processes to liaise effectively with kitchen staff.Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or similar senior front-of-house role.Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of restaurant service standards and health and safety regulations.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Professional appearance and a courteous, collaborative attitude.Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of English orother languages is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
