Pubblicato il 09-09-2026 - Antea | Asset Integrity Software in Castel D'AzzanoAbout the Company:Antea, founded in 1989, specializes in developing software solutions and supplying integrated services, that allow us to be competitive in various industrial sectors such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Energy, Utility, and many others.Job Description:To support our technical team, we are looking for a Project Engineer in Italy (Padova/ Milano)The person will be a part of a young and dynamic team and will be responsible for:Managing the technical knowledge of our platform's features and its various modules; Providing training and supporting the implementation of current customer projects; Managing various project phases and managing the Gantt chart; Supporting and assisting the client in using our software; Managing timeline progress and prioritiesManaging customer communicationBasic Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial engineering (Junior)Strong public speaking skills, comfortable discussing technical topics in a broad spectrum of the industry.Experience with remote working.Passion for technology and engineering.Self-driven individual with an excellent aptitude for problem-solving.Fully fluent in English.Basic understanding of Information Technology.Responsibility and high work ethic.Strong result orientation.Preferred Skills:Fast interpretation skills to navigate and use technical documents such as P&IDs;, Mechanical drawings, Plot plans, and inspection & maintenance reports.Understanding of asset hierarchies and taxonomy based on international standards (Ex: ISO 14224).Knowledge of API 580/581 Risk-based inspection and other international standards.Knowledge of common practices for managing Pipelines onshore and offshore.Understanding of planning of integrity activities that are time, condition, risk, scheduled or run to failure based.What we offer:Long-term contractWorking hours: full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours (start between 8:00 and 9:00, finish between 17:00 and 18:00).Remote working: 8 days a month (after the initial training period); Continuous training opportunities are offered, both for hard and soft skills.Buoni pasto and welfare bonusGross Annual Salary: approx 30.000,00 € (to be defined according to the candidate's experience)Equal Opportunity Statement:Antea avoids and repudiates any discrimination regarding age, sex, race, sexual orientation, health, political opinions, religion, culture and nationality.In Antea, we promote integration, support intercultural dialogue, the protection of women's rights and other vulnerable minorities.
