As part of our Digital Data team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our eCommerce business, driving sustainable growth through strong customer partnerships, data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. /p pWe’re looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial bKey Account eCommerce Data /b to manage a portfolio of strategic digital customers and accelerate Danone's eCommerce ambitions. /p pbLocation: Milan /b /p pbAbout the job /b /p pAs bKey Account eCommerce Data /b, you will own the business performance of a portfolio of strategic eCommerce customers, with a particular focus on Pure Players and ePharmacies. You will play a key role in translating Danone's commercial strategy into sustainable growth plans while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liOwn the end-to-end performance of a portfolio of strategic eCommerce customers, driving sustainable growth and profitability. /li liBuild strong customer relationships and become a trusted business partner for key stakeholders. /li liDefine and execute customer growth strategies, Joint Business Plans and annual commercial agreements. /li liIdentify and unlock new business opportunities to accelerate Danone's digital growth. /li liLead commercial negotiations and manage customer investments, ensuring a profitable and sustainable return. /li liManage assortment, product launches, pricing, promotional planning and commercial activations. /li liEnsure flawless execution of promotional and commercial plans. /li liLeverage sell-in, sell-out and digital analytics to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions. /li liTransform data and insights into actionable recommendations, influencing both customer strategy and internal decision-making. /li liLead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Revenue Growth Management and Digital teams to deliver best-in-class execution. /li liContribute to the execution of Danone's eCommerce strategy in partnership with the eCommerce Activation team.



/li liParticipate in local and international projects, workshops and business reviews, fostering continuous improvement and sharing best practices. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pTo be successful in this role, we believe you bring: /p ul liMaster's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. /li li3-5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or eCommerce. /li liStrong commercial acumen and customer‑centric mindset. /li liExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business actions. /li liEntrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. /li liStrong negotiation and influencing skills. /li liAbility to manage complexity and collaborate effectively across multiple functions. /li liStructured way of working with strong execution focus. /li liPassion for Sales, Digital and eCommerce. /li liFluent English. /li /ul h3About Us, We offer and What's next /h3 pbAbout us /b /p pAs a world leading food company DANONE stands for international success.
