/liliUtilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
/liliPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
/liliMaintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.
/liliCollaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
/liliAssist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
/liliRemain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.br/li /ulstrongRequired Skills And Qualificationsbr/strongulli2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
/liliAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
/liliStrong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
/liliDemonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
/liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
