/ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for a strongCustomer Support Specialist /strong fluent in French to join our team Customer Success team in Rome.
In this role you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation.
You will ensure our partners across France and international markets get the most value out of Octorate.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration.
/liliProvide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone, focusing on French-speaking markets.
/liliAct as a consultant to help clients maximize direct bookings through Octorate.
/liliPerform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements.
/liliMaintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in French.
/liliSupport training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pullistrongLanguage Skills: /strong Native or C1 minimum fluency in strongFrench /strong (written and spoken).
Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
/lilistrongLocation Flexibility: /strong Availability to work in a stronghybrid /strong setup, with a physical presence at our Rome office (Via Filippo Caruso, 23).
/liliExperience: 1–3 years of experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Property Management, or Travel Tech/SaaS).
