ppWe are looking for a Customer Engineer UPS/AC Power to join our team in Catania, Sicily, Italy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's site. /liliTesting of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions. /liliDocumentation and realization of assignments on time and on target. /liliUsage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies. /liliEmergency standby within the region. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. /liliExperience working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential. /liliComputer literate (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook). /liliPrevious field service experience essential. /liliExcellent customer service skills. /liliStrong communication skills. /liliSelf‑starter, ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively, and work under pressure. /liliClean valid driving licence. /li /ulpIf you are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
