For its Marketing department, Scholl Shoes is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to cover a maternity leave , reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer and responsible for the following activities:

BRAND MANAGEMENT:
Oversee the development of brand guidelines to guide internal and external stakeholders in maintaining brand integrity
Manage brand-related activities for product launches and Collaborations, being in contact with other functions and departments
Work closely with departments such as sales, product development to ensure a unified approach in delivery the brand promise
Monitor and manage marketing budget with efficiency and optimization as must haves
PR & COMMUNICATION:
Develop PR & Communication Guidelines
Define PR strategies and communication plans both offline and online
Organize corporate and social events with a digital component and press-days
Press offices coordination, run bi-weekly meetings with markets to assist them in the implementation of the communication strategy
Develop press materials related to new product launches and corporate activities
Lead the development of global campaign and all main executions and updates, including offline and online media
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
5–7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or related roles.
Proven experience in managing international brands .
Experience in product launches and integrated marketing campaigns .
Solid experience in PR & Communications , preferably with agency/press office coordination.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional and international projects . xpavfwm
Previous experience in Fashion, Footwear, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
· High proficiency in the English language
Advanced working knowledge of Office 365 applications including MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Comfortable to travel aboard;
