pOn behalf of an international company operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Compensation Benefits Analyst to join the HR team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation Benefits, based in Europe. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliExtract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS system /liliEnsure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all CB reporting and analytics /liliPrepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of CB and Executive Leadership /liliCoordinate global Compensation Benefits projects /liliSupport the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units /liliContribute to the optimization of local incentive plans /liliCoordinate the global salary increase process /liliSupport the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective /liliPrepare promotion cases and salary offer proposals /liliOrganize and maintain CB governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentation /liliEnsure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations /li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pulli5–8 years of experience in Compensation Benefits, preferably within multinational and organizations. /liliStrong knowledge of HRIS systems /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with experience handling large international datasets. /liliFamiliarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.G., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is considered an advantage. /liliFluent English required /li /ulpbr / /ppSalary Range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year /ppLocation: Northwestern area of Milan /p
