Leveraging advanced expertise in automation, intelligent logistics, and data-driven operations, we deliver end-to-end logistics solutions that help businesses grow while enhancing customer experience. /ppbr/ppThe Mission Core Scope /pullibThe Mission: /b Supervise daily inventory control, cycle counting, and bin quality auditing operations, ensuring complete physical and digital stock synchronization across the fulfillment center. /lilibThe Scope: /b You will directly lead Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, managing cycle count schedules, resolving system-versus-slot discrepancies, and enforcing compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione). /li /ulpbr/ppCrucial Expectations Performance Targets /ppTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /pullibInventory Accuracy Execution: /b Manage shift operations to achieve and maintain top-tier physical and virtual stock accuracy metrics across high-density storage zones via structured, continuous cycle counts. /lilibDiscrepancy Root Cause Resolution: /b Rapidly investigate and resolve system stock blocks, missing items, or bin mismatches on the floor, eliminating inventory adjustments and preventing order short-picks. /lilibFloor Leadership Safety: /b Oversee daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance,
maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to high-bay aisle and MHE safety protocols (D.Lgs. 81/08). /lilibStorage Hygiene Density Auditing: /b Establish routine floor audits to check bin hygiene, ensuring items are stowed correctly by operators to prevent physical product damage and optimize warehouse space utilization. /li /ulpbr/ppPosition Requirements /pullibInventory Control High-Velocity Logistics Competence: /b Proven operational experience supervising inventory control (ICQA), stock auditing, or cycle counting teams within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network. /lilibSystems WMS Mastery: /b Deep, hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking paths, RF barcode scanners, and advanced data reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel). /lilibLanguage Proficiency: /b Professional fluency in English and Italian is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff. /lilibOperational Flexibility: /b High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch. /li /ulpbr/ppDiversity Inclusion /ppAt JD Logistics, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
