Assistant Front Office Manager (m/f/d)
Gross annual salary ranging from €28,****** to €32,****** (14 salaries)
Your responsibilities:
Assists the front office manager with all their duties and fills in for them when they are away
Is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and for our guests being warmly welcomed
Is actively involved in all Reception and Reservation operations
Ensures that our guests have a pleasant stay from beginning to end
Professionally handles complaints on site
Maintains regular guest information and the profile system in Protel
Coordinates with Housekeeping
Your profile:
At least 2–3 years of work experience in the front office area
Completed hospitality vocational training
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
Good Microsoft Office and Protel skills
Highly responsible; excellent communication and negotiation skills
A passion for making guests feel special; highly engaged and empathetic
Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
Strong solution orientation; team player

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
