/h3 ul liRecruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values /li liBuild and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs /li liLead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road /li liCreate individualized training plans for new Tour Guides /li liSupport, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence /li liConduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person /li liRide along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance /li liAssign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements /li liAddress underperformance when necessary /li liEngage with travelers during tours /li liProvide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides /li liManage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office /li liReview passenger feedback to inform coaching plans /li liDeliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership /li /ul h3Key Requirements: /h3 ul liExperience in corporate culture-driven hiring and training /li liDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results /li liStrong prioritization and decision-making skills /li liAbility to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback models /li liComfortable working in a fast-paced environment /li liConfident public speaking and presentation skills /li liProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel /li liAbility to travel as required /li liTravel industry experience preferred /li /ul pBy applying to this ad, you would be automatically giving Grand Circle your consent for processing your data in recruitment process.
