/p pAs an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries.

/p ul liLead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.
/li liManage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liFacilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
/li liProactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
/li liOversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.
/li liUse Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
/li liEnsure alignment with supply chain processes and best practices.
/li liManage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
/li liDegree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
/li liAt least b5 years of experience in Project Management /b, preferably in international or supply chain projects.
/li liKnowledge of bJira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI /b.
/li liFluent in bItalian and English /b.
/li liStrong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
/li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in bSupply Chain /b projects and/or managing large-scale budgets would be a plus.
/li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience working in Agile,



Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
/li liPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
/li libHybrid position: /b 1 day per week from one of our offices in bMilan, Turin, Rome or Bologna /b.
/li libWork model: /b Hybrid (1 day per week on site).
/li libEmployment type: /b Full-time Permanent or Freelance.

/li /ul pAs an IT Project Manager, you will contribute to digital transformation projects for clients operating in industries including Automotive Motorsport, Avionic Aerospace, Defence, Railway, Industrial, Home Automation, and Robotics.
Depending on the project assignment, you will work on initiatives involving Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Business Applications, and IT Project Management.
