We are looking for a bData Management Strategy Specialist /b to join our team and play a key role in enabling effective data operations, governance, business intelligence, and data quality across the organization.
/p pIn this role, you will act as a bridge between business, data, analytics, and technology teams, helping to ensure that data-related requests, issues, and initiatives are effectively coordinated and delivered.

/p h3Your New Role /h3 ul liCoordinate the intake, logging, prioritization, and tracking of data requests and data-related issues.
/li liSupport issue management processes from identification through resolution.
/li liPartner with data owners, stewards, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive timely solutions.
/li liMaintain accurate documentation, issue logs, project updates, and resolution records.
/li liSupport key data operations activities, including data maintenance, validation, monitoring, and governance processes.
/li liAssist with data quality reviews and help identify and resolve inconsistencies.
/li liCreate and maintain data-related documentation, guides, FAQs, and training materials.
/li liSupport data literacy and information fluency initiatives across the organization.
/li /ul h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liContribute to improving data quality, reliability, and trust across the business.
/li liHelp operationalize data standards, definitions, and governance practices.
/li liSupport root cause analysis and remediation tracking for data quality issues.
/li liDevelop presentations, agendas, and supporting materials for Data AI Councils and governance forums.
/li liTrack decisions, actions, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
/li liPrepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and communication materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
/li liSupport the Director of Data Management Strategy on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
/li liHelp drive continuous improvement across data management processes and controls.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, Communications, or a related field.
/li li5–9 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related function.
/li liStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
/li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
/li liExperience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
/li liAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
/li liAdvanced PowerPoint skills, including presentation design, storytelling, and creating executive-ready materials.
/li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Planner.
/li liUnderstanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and data management principles.
/li liExposure to business intelligence,
analytics, or reporting environments.
/li liFluent English.
