Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:Up to€28,000 per year, based on experience and profile.
Full-Time Role:40 hours per week.
Fixed-term contract until December ****.
Key Responsibilities
Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.
Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.
Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships.
Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least2 years' experiencein premium or luxury fashion / retail.
Experience working withKPIs,CRM, and client appointments.
Fluent inEnglishandItalian.
Strong interpersonal, communication, clienteling skills.
