/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending /li liGenerate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies /li liAnalyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure /li liInvent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals /li liOptimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency /li liCooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes /li liResearch and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers /li liPerform cost and scenario analysis,



and benchmarking /li liEstimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques /li liDiscover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers /li liDetermine quantity and timing of deliveries /li /ul h3Requirements and skills /h3 ul liProven work experience as a Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager /li liFamiliarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software /li liUnderstanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement /li liStrong project management and leadership skills /li liAbility to negotiate and sustain networking relationships /li liComfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data /li liSolid judgement with ability to make good decisions /li liBSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration /li /ul h3Important to note /h3 pAs a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
