Shares of the parent company Davide Campari. /ph3General Description of the Role /h3pIn the Technology Services organization, the Data Analytics Team is a strategic central hub to enable data centricity and data-driven decisions by transforming data into actionable and reliable insights to support business strategy and performance. The Data Analytics team works closely with business departments and the technical team to manage the data lifecycle, as well as to design and deliver analytical solutions aimed at enabling more effective business decisions, improving performance and creating a competitive advantage by transforming data into actionable insights. /ppThe team leads data governance and data literacy initiatives, ensuring consistent, regulated and high-quality use of data across the organisation, whilst enhancing analytical capabilities through the sharing of expertise and the promotion of self-service tools. /ppThe team also supports business stakeholders in defining the data strategy to identify the key use cases that deliver value to the company, in line with strategic objectives and business needs. /ph3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3bData Governance and Control /bpLead and embed data governance practices for core finance and support functions domains. /ppDefine product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in line with functions strategy. /ppAct as a champion for trusted, consistent, and harmonized data and KPIs across global, regional, and local markets. /ppDrive data quality controls for critical finance metrics used in performance reviews and external/internal reporting. /pbData Product Ownership /bpAct as Product Owner for Finance and Support Functions data and analytics products, defining the product vision, roadmap and key performance indicators in line with the business strategy and priorities. /ppTranslate business requirements into clear,



prioritized data needs for Data Platform technical team. /ppBalance global standardization with business flexibility required by regions and markets, ensuring scalability and usability of data product. /ppShare best practices and lessons learned across domains. /pbStakeholder Management Business Partnership /bpAct as a trusted partner to business leadership, including Head of Function, Global, Regional and local Teams. /ppFacilitate alignment between business function and proactively manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and trade-offs. /ppLead governance forums and working sessions to resolve data issues, align on definitions, and prioritize finance analytics initiatives. /ppServe as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and Data Owners and provide guidance on correct data usage and interpretation. /pbPerformance Management Value Enablement /bpIdentify high-value analytics use cases to enable finance and support function teams to shift from reporting to insights. /ppDefine and track value realization from business analytics initiatives. /ppIncrease analytics literacy among business users, fostering self-service and data-driven decision making. /ppContribute to enterprise Data Analytics strategy from a business perspective. /ph3Required skills and experience /h3bExperience Background /bp8-10+ years of experience in Finance, FPA, Controlling, Finance Analytics or similar roles within a CPG/FMCG environment. /ppStrong experience with finance and support functions data governance, KPI standardization, or performance management. /ppExperience acting as a product owner or business owner for finance data or analytics products. /ppExposure to global and matrixed organizations with regional and local complexity. /pbBusiness Skills /bpDeep understanding of how finance data supports business processes, performance management, and decision‑making. /ppStrong ability to connect finance data to business decisions and outcomes.



/ppExcellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences. /pbTechnical Awareness (Non‑Hands‑On) /bpConceptual understanding of finance systems, data platforms, and BI tools. /ppAbility to collaborate effectively with data engineers, analytics teams, and IT architects. /pbKey competencies /bpStrong business acumen and deep understanding of business performance data, metrics, and analytical concepts. /ppInfluencing and stakeholder management in complex environment. /ppData product ownership mindset. /ppAbility to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. /ppStructured problem‑solving and prioritization. /ppHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and control. /ppStrategic mindset with strong execution focus. /ppClear, confident, and pragmatic communicator. /ppIntegrity and respect for data confidentiality. /ppThe indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within b69,000‑92,000 /b + 15% STI depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile. The role is classified in accordance with the Quadro collective labor agreement – level 3.
