/liliExperience within a strongprivate equity-backed, high-growth or fast-changing environment /strong highly desirable.
/liliStrong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
/liliCommercially minded, analytical and comfortable challenging the business.
/liliAble to operate with pace, autonomy and a high level of ownership.
/liliStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
/liliExperience working across multiple functions and/or international markets.
/liliAdvanced Excel and strong financial systems experience.
/liliFluent English required; br / Italian highly advantageous.
/liliBased in, or open to relocating to, strongNorthern Italy /strong.
