translating complex challenges into scalable initiatives that deliver measurable business results. /ph3Key responsibilities: /h3ulliLead Strategic Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable business impact. /liliDrive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational improvement opportunities, implement scalable process and technology solutions, and measure their impact against defined KPIs. /liliEnable Data-Driven Decisions: Develop analyses, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that support operational excellence and management decision-making. /liliTechnology Enablement: Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive the implementation of new CRM and commercial system capabilities. /liliDrive Automation Innovation: Leverage automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions to simplify processes and improve operational performance. /liliCollaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with international Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Training, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver business solutions. /liliBusiness Performance Insights: Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous performance improvement.
