Within the Safety Manager Area, we are looking for a Product Safety Engineer for our Catania office.
The person will mainly deal with the following activities:
- Starting from project requirements and mandatory international standards and directives, the resource will analyze the system or apparatus from a safety perspective, both physical and functional, according to applicable avionics processes.
Educational qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronic Engineering
Seniority: Junior/Expert.
Technical knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit design
- Knowledge of product safety aspects according to MIL-STD882E and SAE ARP 4754/4761
Behavioral competencies:
- Proactivity
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility in dealing with topics outside one's area of expertise
Language skills:
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
Computer skills:
- Matlab and Simulink
- LT Spice
Other: The ideal candidate is available to undertake short/medium-term business trips, after adequate on-the-job training, in Italy and/or abroad.

How does the selection process work?
