pbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppThis position is created to execute the Country expansion of Sungrow Renewables in Italy. The Investments and MA team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing the “buy-side” of MA opportunities and to finalize the project/plant selling, as well as organic investments and strategic analysis. This will allow the company to continue expanding its worldwide footprint and consolidating its standing as one of the major developers, Supplier and Contractor of renewable assets in the world. /ppThe individual in this role will own economic analysis models for investment opportunities, coordinate investment Due Diligence processes, prepare investment approvals and support in the execution of transaction documents. The individual will prepare strategic presentations for Sungrow Renewable Italy. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliCoordinate and execute the due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation in potential MA opportunities. /liliCoordinate external advisors (e.g., legal counsel, financial advisor) and direct internal Sungrow teams for NBO and BO stages of execution of MA transactions. /liliProviding buy-side MA services/opportunities. /liliParticipate in strategic analysis projects (namely portfolio analysis and partnerships). /liliPerform valuations and prepare investment memoranda to assist Sungrow decision-making bodies in global investment decisions.
/liliAnalyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings. /liliProduce and analyse financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts. /liliSupport the preparation of Sungrow business plans and impairment analyses, in coordination with the Corporate Investments and MA Department. /liliBuilding effective working relationships within the business unit and participating in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliMBA or MSC degree in Finance or related fields. /liliAt least 4-5 years in core valuation, MA, corporate finance or investment analysis. /liliBig4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliStrong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis. /liliMA due diligence experience required. /liliExperience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, preferably in renewables, is required. /liliStrong teamwork skills. /liliAbility to manage empathetically interdepartmental relations within West European regions and Chinese Headquarter. /liliStrong time-management skills ability to work onsite and offsite with minimum supervision. /liliAbility to demonstrate strategic vision and high attention to detail. /liliValue alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence. /li /ulpbr/p
