ph3Job Description /h3pA role involves the management of administrative documentation related to calls for tenders of Public Administrations in the ICT sector. /pulliStudy and analysis of calls for tenders and related administrative and technical specifications. /liliVerification of required participation requirements. /liliPreparation, in agreement with other company functions, of the administrative documentation necessary for participation in the Call for Tenders (RTI, company certifications, endorsements, etc.). /liliPreparation of the documentation necessary for the presentation of the technical and economic offer based on the documents from the appropriate functions. /liliParticipation in official sessions of openings of documentation and offers. /liliPreparation of documentation necessary for drafting of appeals. /liliPreparation of tender declaration justifications and supporting documentation. /liliRequest for surety policies through the company functions in charge. /liliSearch within the company for references to meet the participation requirements. /liliArchiving management of all tender documentation. /liliInvolvement in some of the post-award activities of the Tender.
