You will own technical delivery end-to-end, from specification to production, leading a distributed engineering team based in China. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe role /strong /ppbr / /ppRebell's merchant platform runs across two engineering hubs, one of them a 15-person team based in Chengdu. /ppWe're hiring a Tech Lead to take full ownership of the China-based engineering team, planning, execution, release quality, and become the person who actually understands how both platforms talk to each other: payment lifecycle, merchant integration, bank gateway. You'll turn a distributed, multi-vendor setup into one that ships fast and doesn't surprise anyone.
