pbSavino Del Bene /bseeking a bLevel 1 Junior IT Support Technician. /b /ppYou will initially join our Corporate IT team in Italy (Scandicci, Florence) on a fixed-term employment contract, where you will receive training and gain the knowledge and practical experience required for the role. /ppUpon completion of this initial period, you will permanently relocate to the United States and join our team at our warehouse facility in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. /ppbr/ppbRole Scope: /b /ppIn this role, you will provide first-line technical support for our local warehouse operations while working closely with the U.S. IT team. /ppIn addition to supporting the Fairless Hills site on-site, you will occasionally travel to our New Jersey warehouse locations and other U.S. branch sites as required to provide hands-on IT assistance. /ppYou will also help the U.S. IT team by delivering remote support to users across various U.S. locations, troubleshooting technical issues and handling helpdesk tickets through the company’s ticketing system. /ppYou will further collaborate with our Corporate IT team in Florence, Italy, by assisting with selected Level 2 and Level 3 support activities under guidance. /ppThis position focuses on hands-on IT infrastructure support, networking, and wireless troubleshooting in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pullibActive Directory End-User Support: /b Join and manage PCs in a Windows Active Directory domain; create and administer user accounts; provide support and troubleshooting for Windows PCs, printers, and other peripheral devices. /lilibNetwork Infrastructure: /b Support LAN/WAN connectivity for the site; assist with installing and connecting network switches and running structured cabling; perform basic switch configurations and VLAN assignments; troubleshoot network issues involving DHCP, DNS, and internet connectivity. /lilibWireless RF Systems: /b Help configure and troubleshoot enterprise Wi‑Fi networks; diagnose common wireless issues (coverage dead zones, interference, performance problems); support and troubleshoot handheld RF scanners and other warehouse wireless devices; perform basic access point checks and configurations. /lilibOn-Site Support Documentation: /b Provide hands-on IT support to warehouse staff for their computers and equipment; occasionally travel to New Jersey warehouses or other U.S. branch locations for on-site support when required; maintain up-to-date technical documentation and IT asset inventory records.



/lilibRemote Support Ticketing: /b Assist the U.S. IT team by providing remote technical support to end users across U.S. branches; troubleshoot issues via phone or remote tools and resolve trouble tickets through the IT ticketing system in a timely manner. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulli1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. /liliBasic knowledge of Windows Active Directory (able to join machines to a domain and manage user accounts). /liliFundamental understanding of networking concepts – TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS – and ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues. /liliExperience supporting enterprise wireless networks (Wi‑Fi) and familiarity with diagnosing common Wi‑Fi problems. /liliProficiency with Windows 11 PRO operating systems and standard PC hardware/software troubleshooting. /liliAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for remote users via phone, email, and remote access tools. /liliExperience using IT helpdesk ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve incidents, including prioritizing tasks and escalating issues when necessary. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively assisting end users in a remote setting. /liliBasic awareness of IT security is the best practice, particularly when supporting remote users (e.g. safeguarding data and credentials). /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service. /liliAbility to work independently and effectively in an operational warehouse environment. /liliWillingness to learn and grow in an infrastructure-focused IT role. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): /b /pulliExperience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial work environment. /liliFamiliarity with enterprise IT infrastructure tools or platforms (e.g. Aruba wireless networking equipment, Palo Alto firewalls, or similar technologies). /liliRelevant IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or vendor-specific certifications (Aruba, etc.).
