ppWe are looking for an experienced and hands‑onbHead Bartender /bto join the Food Beverage team atbDella Calza SPA Foresteria /bin Florence. (tempo pieno) /p pThe role is strongly operational and requires a professional who will be actively involved in the daily bar service, working behind the bar alongside the team while also taking responsibility for the development of thebcocktail menu and signature drinks /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the daily bar operations, working actively behind the bar during service /li liPrepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, aperitifs and other beverages /li libDevelop and regularly update the cocktail and beverage menu /b /li libCreate and standardise Della Calza’s signature drinks /b, developing original recipes in line with the identity and positioning of the property /li liDefine recipes, presentation, garnishes and preparation standards for the cocktail list /li liEnsure consistency in taste, presentation and execution across the entire bar team /li liCoordinate and support the bar team during daily service /li liOrganise mise en place, bar setup, opening and closing procedures /li liManage service flow, particularly during busy periods and private events /li liMonitor stock levels and support inventory, ordering and product rotation /li liMaintain high standards of cleanliness,



organisation and hygiene /li liTrain bartenders and bar staff on cocktail preparation, service standards and new menu items /li liCollaborate with the FB and Events teams on dedicated beverage proposals for private events and special occasions /li liEnsure an attentive, professional and welcoming guest experience /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience as Head Bartender, Senior Bartender or in a similar role /li liStrong cocktail preparation and mixology skills /li libExperience in cocktail menu development and signature drink creation /b /li liGood knowledge of spirits, wines and beverage service /li liStrong operational approach and willingness to work actively behind the bar /li liAbility to coordinate and train a bar team /li liCreativity combined with attention to costs, consistency and execution /li liExcellent organisational and communication skills /li liAbility to work efficiently under pressure /li liFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and during events /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English /li /ul pWe are looking for someone with abstrong operational mindset and a creative approach to mixology /b, capable of leading by example behind the bar while developing a distinctive beverage identity for Della Calza. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
