The successful candidate will provide on‑site IT support for the Teleport, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of local IT services and infrastructure. /ppThe role combines technical support, systems maintenance, IT governance activities, asset management, and procurement administration. The candidate will work closely with local users, global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality IT services and operational excellence. /ph3What You’ll Do: /h3h3On‑Site IT Support /h3ulliProvide first and second‑level technical support to end users at the Cagliari Teleport. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printing, and connectivity issues. /liliSupport employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation preparation and equipment deployment. /liliAssist users with Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration tools, and standard corporate software. /liliCoordinate with regional and global IT teams for incident resolution and service requests. /li /ulh3Systems Infrastructure Maintenance /h3ulliMonitor and maintain local IT infrastructure, including workstations, meeting room equipment, network devices, and peripheral systems. /liliSupport the implementation of security policies, software updates, and IT standards. /liliAssist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment.



/liliSupport local IT projects and infrastructure upgrades. /li /ulh3IT Governance Compliance /h3ulliEnsure compliance with corporate IT policies, procedures, and security standards. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of IT assets, processes, and local technical configurations. /liliSupport audits, governance initiatives, and operational reporting activities. /liliMonitor adherence to cybersecurity and data protection requirements. /li /ulh3Procurement Asset Management /h3ulliCreate and manage purchase requests for hardware, software, and IT services. /liliProcess goods receipts and maintain procurement records for the entire IT department. /liliLiaise with suppliers and internal purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services. /li /ulh3What You’ll Need: /h3ulliFluency in both bItalian and English /b, written and spoken. /liliExperience providing on‑site IT support in a corporate environment. /liliGood knowledge of: /liliWindows operating systems /liliMicrosoft 365 ecosystem /liliActive Directory /liliEndpoint management solutions /liliBasic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi) /liliHardware troubleshooting and deployment /liliExperience with IT asset management and procurement processes is considered an advantage. /liliFamiliarity with IT governance, compliance, and documentation practices. /li /ulh3Where You’ll Be: /h3pCagliari, Sardinia, Italy. /ppThe Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
