Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad?
We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. If you are already living in Portugal, this position is fully remote , allowing you to work from anywhere in the country—except the islands. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
- Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
