ph3Corporate Safety Manager /h3 h3Team Overview and Job Responsibilities /h3 pWithin the Global Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Function, we are looking for a Corporate Safety Manager who will support the deployment of the Group HSE Strategy and drive continuous improvement of safety performance across all regions and business units. /p h3HSE Governance, Policies and Standards /h3 ul liDevelop, review, and continuously improve Global HSE Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Operating Instructions. /li liEnsure alignment of HSE documentation with ISO 45001 requirements, applicable legislation, and corporate governance principles. /li liSupport the implementation and cascading of the Group HSE Management System across Regions, Countries, and Sites. /li liMonitor the effective deployment of corporate HSE requirements and identify improvement opportunities /li /ul h3Safety Performance Management and Reporting /h3 ul liCoordinate the collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis of global safety data and KPIs. /li liMonitor both lagging and leading indicators (e.g., TRCF, LTIF, Days Lost, SR, Occupational disease, Near Misses, Observations, BBS, Corrective Actions, Training, Site Management Walkthrough). /li liPrepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and Board-level updates on HSE performance. /li liSupport sustainability and ESG reporting requirements related to occupational health and safety. /li /ul h3Auditing, Assurance and Compliance /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and participate in Corporate HSE audits, self‑assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews. /li liVerify the implementation of Group HSE standards and support regions and sites in closing identified gaps. /li liSupport the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans. /li /ul h3Incident Prevention and Learning /h3 ul liOversee the management of significant incidents, investigations, root cause analyses, lessons learned, and safety alerts. /li liAnalyze incident trends and identify recurring risks and systemic weaknesses. /li liSupport the identification and deployment of preventive initiatives across the Group /li liPromote the sharing of best practices across regions and business units. /li /ul h3Global Safety Programs and Projects /h3 ul liLead and coordinate global safety improvement projects, including behavioral safety initiatives and technology‑based risk reduction programs /li liSupport the evaluation and implementation of innovative safety solutions (e.g., industrial safety technologies, digital monitoring systems, anti‑collision systems, AI‑based safety tools). /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders involved in HSE projects.
/li /ul h3Team Building and Culture Development /h3 ul liDesign and deliver global training programs (eg. HSE Advanced Academy) , webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns. /li liPromote safety leadership programs and strengthen a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. /li liFacilitate global HSE communities of practice and best‑practice sharing. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liAct as a key interface between Corporate HSE, Regional HSE Directors, Country HSE Managers, Plant Management, Sustainability, Finance, HR, Operations, and Engineering functions. /li liCoordinate HSE initiatives involving multiple international stakeholders. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 8–10 years of experience in Health Safety management within industrial or manufacturing environments. /li liPrevious experience in a Corporate, Regional, or Multi‑site HSE role. /li liExperience managing international HSE programs and projects. /li liExperience coordinating cross‑functional and multicultural teams. /li /ul h3Technical Competencies /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and management systems. /li liAdvanced understanding of ISO 45001 and safety governance frameworks. /li liExperience in auditing, compliance management, risk assessment, and incident investigation. /li liSolid knowledge of industrial risks, manufacturing processes, contractors management, machinery safety, and high‑risk activities. /li liExperience in developing corporate procedures, policies, standards, and governance documents. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience with HSE KPI management, reporting systems, and data analysis. /li liFamiliarity with digital HSE platforms and reporting tools (eg. Evotix) /li /ul h3Leadership Competencies /h3 ul liStrong project management and organizational skills. /li liAbility to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. /li liProven ability to operate effectively in a matrix and international environment. /li liStrategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline. /li liProfessional HSE certifications are considered a plus.
