ppThe candidate will provide support to the Motor Pricing Team across the full spectrum of analysis regarding data collection and exploration, predictive modeling, Motor Tariffs development or review, corporate and automotive quotes, Technical Price definition. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop independently technical analyses in alignment with Group Best Practice, following the whole Tariff process: ul liData collection and preparation for further analysis and modeling /li liOverall Rate Requirement analysis /li liTechnical analysis with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral models /li liScenario testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performance /li /ul /li liAssess on a regular basis the quality and correctness of the models and analyses /li liDevelop reports based on updated predicted KPI's /li liContinuous alignment with Group best practices and technical documentation update /li liDevelop independently Fleets and Automotive quotes /li liInterface with other business functions /li /ul h3Key Requirements/Skills/Experience /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in quantitative subjects (e.g. Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) /li liExperience on Motor pricing (5 - 7 years) in Insurance Companies/Consultancy Firms /li liAdvanced knowledge of the whole Tower Watson Suite (Emblem Radar, Classifier) would be a plus /li liProficient with SAS, Python and Office suite (incl. VBA for Excel) /li liAdvanced analytical skills (GLM/Machine Learning approach)
