Driven by innovation and precision we create timepieces that combine modern-retro design with casual, approachable, and sustainable luxury — powered by passionate teams around the world. /p pJoin our vibrant team in Milan as: a Visual Merchandising Coordinator (f/m/x) and be part of something extraordinary! /p pThe Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Visual Merchandising activities across both Wholesale and Retail channels in Italy, ensuring brand consistency, visibility, and excellence in execution. The role reports directly to the Retail Marketing Director and collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing and Retail teams. /p h3Your contribution: /h3 h3Wholesale: /h3 ul liYou will perform all relevant visual merchandising updates per year for each Point of Sale (POS), ensuring full compliance with Breitling visual merchandising guidelines. /li liYou will schedule appointments with partners and retailers to implement VM changes and secure the best possible product visibility and positioning. /li liYou will maintain and regularly update photographic reports for all POS locations. /li liYou will manage and monitor VM materials through Strategic and SAP systems. /li liYou will support the creation, production, and installation of special window displays and product animations. /li liYou will support the development and implementation of corners, shop-in-shops (SIS), and other branded retail environments. /li liYou will monitor VM compliance across the network and provide corrective action plans when necessary. /li liYou will support the preparation of quarterly Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising reports. /li liYou will coordinate the distribution and inventory management of VM tools, displays, and POS materials. /li /ul h3Retail / Boutiques: /h3 ul liYou will execute all relevant visual merchandising changes per year in all boutiques, ensuring full adherence to HQ guidelines. /li liYou will implement seasonal and strategic animations linked to product launches, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day,
and other key commercial activations. /li liYou will coordinate Christmas decorations and animations, including ordering materials through HQ systems and managing local installation. /li liYou will conduct regular VM audits to ensure boutique standards are maintained at all times. /li liYou will support boutique teams with VM training and best practices. /li liYou will ensure timely implementation of all HQ campaigns and window displays. /li liYou will support new boutique openings, renovations, and pop-up projects, coordinating with HQ Retail Design on layouts, furniture, and VM set-up. /li /ul h3Corporate Events: /h3 ul liYou will support the Marketing and Events team in the setup and branding of events, exhibitions, roadshows, and special activations. /li liYou will coordinate the installation and removal of visual merchandising materials at event locations. /li liYou will liaise with suppliers and external vendors for the production and installation of VM materials when required. /li /ul h3Budget Administration: /h3 ul liYou will support the Retail Marketing Director in the management and monitoring of the annual Visual Merchandising budget. /li liYou will collect and compare supplier quotations, raise purchase orders, and track expenses against approved budget lines. /li liYou will ensure accurate administrative follow-up of orders, deliveries, and invoices in coordination with the Finance department. /li liYou will manage the local VM stock, including storage, inventory, reallocation, and disposal of materials in line with the brand’s sustainability principles. /li /ul h3Market Intelligence: /h3 ul liYou will collect and report competitor visual merchandising activity, window concepts, and in-store animations observed during POS visits.
